Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of a "buy milk at sunday" display "buy milk". So the parsed date information needs to be stripped.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leave as is => ugly and confusing when changing the date of a reminder

Additional context
There is an issue open in the date parsing library regarding this: tj/go-naturaldate#13
