Feature suggestion

Really cool bot! I got it up and running today and just had a bit of time to play around with it.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for a feature request, but I didn't see a Discord server or any other means to contact you. But I have a suggestion that might be beneficial and hopefully not too hard to implement (if you choose to do so).

I've gotten into the habit of routinely removing users who do not use my server, to make room for people who actually want to use it. Right now this is a completely manual process and quite a pain. I thought maybe this bot, with a little tweaking, might also be able to accomplish this task.

How about allowing another role, say #non-user, and have the bot add users to that role after a user-specified amount of time of not using the server? I know the stat is already available in Tautulli, because if you go to the Users page, you can search by "Last Seen." Then the admin could decide what to do, whether it is sending them a warning, removing them from the server, etc.
