!notifications preview Worked once, never again

Granted, it was most likely my fault. I thought I was satisfied with my preview, so I executed !notifications list. This was when I learned that discord had a 250 role limit, because I quickly hit it. I did !delete to delete the roles, then kicked and re-added the bot to my server. Now when doing !notifications preview, absolutely nothing happens. Most other commands work, including !notifications edit. In an attempt to fix it, I decided to start from scratch by deleting the bot's database and re-starting the docker container. I reset user links, the watch role, etc... but still no more !notifications preview.

I'd like to set it up to allow notifications for new movies, new shows, maybe some groups, but not every single show individually (as much as I'd love that, I'm dramatically over the 250 limit discord imposes). I'm hosting the bot on unRAID, using cyaondanet/plex_discord_role_management:latest (v2.0.2). unRAID 6.8.3.

Two days later, it's now responding to my command from two days ago as we speak. Wild. That can't be normal though, yeah?
