[CDX 1.6] add new use cases and examples

followup of CycloneDX/specification#379
with the release of CycloneDX v1.6 we need to update use-cases and examples.

this ticket shall be a tracker for the needed work:

• update use-cases for component.authors(old: component.author) according to feat: decouple metadata from its component specification#379
• add use-case for component.manufacturer according to feat: decouple metadata from its component specification#379
• add use-case for metadata.manufacturer according to feat: decouple metadata from its component specification#379
• update use-cases for metadata.manufactur(deprecated) -> metadata.component.manufacturer according to feat: decouple metadata from its component specification#379

  • Declared and concluded licenses
  • Evidence of licenses and copyright (observed)
  • Commercial licenses
• Add OmniBOR and SWHID
• Add cryptography
• Add references to the various authoritative guides when applicable.
