Feature request: Support for multiple users

Describe the solution you'd like
As an admin, the ability to create non-admin users that are able to view the data and graphs without modifying settings. Additionally the ability to import these users from Jellyfin, an existing feature in Jellyseerr.

@CyferShepard This one I agree with. I have 1 person that helps me manage my server a bit and would be beneficial for him to have a view only or even a "Manager" vs "Admin" role. But even just view only would be fine.
