Use Audacity
1) If you hear static (most likely data hidden)
2) filename top left arrow --> spectogram
3) filename top left arrow --> spectogram settings
or
edit --> preferences --> spectogram settings
4) Increase the max frequency by alot (add a bunch of zeros)
5) decrease the range by 10 or 20 points
6) Modify the window size
