Annotator interface does not show that user is not login #45

After an extended break (1 hour and 20 minutes) mid-way through a series of operations the Annotator 3.0 showed that user is logged in. If I started to annotate on a web page, then the ‘Error posting annotation’ appeared.

It is expected that the annotator interface shows when it is logged out.
