Additional metric predicates

Add support for additional metric operations that can be performed by other systems (es. STQL/START).
These include (also) defining predicates to identify regions that coincide, one contains / is contained in another one, one prefixes / suffixes another one (i.e., is contained and adjacent to the end of another region), etc.
