Algunas recomendaciones

Como dice el titulo, no es un bug, sino que son un par de sugerencias

1. Si le pongo que lanze conky cuando termino de configurarlo no hace 
nada,tengo que ejecutar manualmente el archivo que se me creo.
2. Creo que tendria que haber una opcion para que reemplaze el tema feo de 
conky por defecto, es decir que cuando uso el comando conky en la consola 
aparezca lo que se creo con tu wizard (la opcion supongo que requerira de 
privilegios de administrador)
3. Antes de iniciar checkear si se tiene instalado conky en el sistema, es 
decir si esta el archivo /usr/bin/conky

Aprovecho para felicitarte por que la verdad que estas haciendo un trabajo 
buenisimo con esto!

I agree with point no 3.

point no 2 is again a two step simple process.
check if ~/.conkyrc exists ask it to be repalced or not.
create a simple link
ln -s .ConkyWizardTheme/ConkyWizardTheme ~/.conkyrc 
also if you want you can create a backup of old config as conky_old.back

don't feel sorry dude, 

its perfectly fine. any language is fine for anyone till it could be translated 
only. and regardless of your language the point why i commented was because 
those were good suggestion and i thought i might help in by putting my thought.

I was in a mood to actually help the developer but later found out that QT is 
way over my head so i am trying to help him by these comments and suggestion.
