32 Bits doesn't run

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract Executable from tar.gz
2. In Terminal type: "./ConkyWizard_32bits_V1.0_Beta1"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I believe the program is expected to run, but it says: 
"./ConkyWizard_32bits_V1.0_Beta1: error while loading shared libraries: 
libQtGui.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 10.04

Please provide any additional information below.
I double click the link and it does nothing either.

sudo apt-get install libqt4-gui
