Work to bring feature parity with upstream commit b09caa2

  • Use victory-core to reduce bundle size b5e4ada

  • Eslint update, typos, server tests e5f19bb
  • Move config to environment variables only 🎉 🎉 🎉 5ecaf99
  • Bump Babel version b3ae13e
