[ZG][Treasure Chest] Ancient ZG unlock not recognized as completed anymore with recent update

Issue: Ancient ZG unlock Quest not marked as collected anymore in ATT

With the recent update of ATT the quest Restored Hakkari Bijou seems to be not recognized as completed anymore, even though the ZG unlock is accountwide and ATT recognized it as complete in previous versions.

Hmmm wondering if this is from the same character which you used to complete the quest 'Restored Hakkari Bijou' ? I notice on my other characters, this quest is not marked as complete as well when NOT using 'Account-Wide Quests' option in ATT.

I'm assuming this quest is actually once-per-account as well... I'll see if there's anyone who can clarify on that.
