Some tier tokens not being tracked in main list

Game Flavor (please complete the following information):
Dragonflight, ATT version 4.0.6

Describe the bug
Some tier tokens are not appearing in the main list, despite showing in their tooltips that there are still appearances missing.
e.g.

• Majordomo Staghelm (Firelands 10M)
• Ragnaros (Firelands 10M)
• Four Horsemen (Naxxramas 10M)
• Loatheb, Thaddius, and Four Horsemen (Naxxramas 25M)
• Gluth (Naxxramas 10M/25M) doesn't have any appearances listed and is not listed as a source on tooltips - the only attributed drop seems to be Gluth's Bone pet.
  Tier tokens are still being shown on other Naxxramas bosses as well as Firelands 25M bosses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Main List and navigate to any of the examples mentioned above.

Expected behavior
Tier tokens should show as a possible drop from these sources.

But the tooltip correctly shows it as coming from Four Horsmen:

Issue persists even when ATT is the only addon enabled.
