Classic SOD, Loremaster Achievements require more quests than are available.

Describe the bug
The Achievements for Loremaster of Kalimdor and Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms, require a number of quests that is not possible to obtain. Even with every single quest done, according to the addon, you are still 150+ quests short of getting the achievement.

This cannot be a function of not completing horde quests because the achievement is Alliance/Horde specific.

Expected behavior
Completion of all quests (not sure if this is even intended, or just most of them) should reward the 2 above mentioned achievements.

The Classic Era does not have an Achievements system, and no Achievements should appear in the ATT interface within the Classic Era.
My guess is that those achievements were added in Cataclysm.

Yeah there are achievements for everything that is available in Classic, and its very nice, i think its a good feature even if it unintended, it makes the addon work like an unofficial Achievement system.

Do you think its possible for this feature to remain, and have the achievements fixed so that they work for Classic?

I spoke to Crieve on discord and he said that the achievement system on Classic is intentional and not a bug. The reason i couldnt get the achievement is because it is a character based achievement and i was tracking quests across all characters.
