Certainty slider unlimited

What is going wrong?

Certainty slider goes over 100%, depending where you drag and drop it

Steps to reproduce

1. create entity
2. enter attribute value
3. open attribute metadata
4. drag & drop certainty slider to the right of the popup

Expected behaviour

Certainty should stop at 100%

Actual behaviour

Saves higher numbers to comment log, but doesnt display on top, see second screenshot
