Enriching a table with metadata

When we are working with any table, it might be a "raw" table that doesn't have clear properties assigned to its columns. Or maybe it has useful metadata that's all concatenated within a single column. Users should be able to process a table to rename columns, assign properties to columns, and to extract data from within columns, to then place in new columns. This is a more generic module than just language processing, but this is what I'm thinking:

1. Assign Dublin Core properties to existing columns
2. Arbitrarily enter regex (provide some examples) to choose standard Dublin Core metadata (e.g. date, title, publication name, author) from an arbitrary column (because it won't always be filename), with previews.

Suggest using Tropy .ttp as source data here, i.e. https://github.com/tropy/tropy/blob/master/res/ttp/dc.ttp

I am not sure whether this should even be part of the onboard new table module, because this is a step someone might do later.
