File mapping between the 194 MSD Pancreas cases with PANORAMA dataset

Thank you for holding the PANORAMA challenge and releasing the dataset!

However, the file mapping between the 194 MSD Pancreas cases with the original MSD Pancreas dataset is missing, which can be really helpful to me.

So I am wondering if you could release this mapping information to the community (e.g., which is the corresponding file in MSD Pancreas dataset for the file 100009_00001.nii.gz in PANORAMA, etc. ). Thank you!
