Make it easier to find previous experiments/runs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is currently hard to find the experiments that you have run before. Find a better way to store the experiment output.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe it makes sense to store experiments based on an experiment name.
or
Writing a searchable file that stores all runs and outputs the path to the output directory.

Finding more alternatives would be nice.
