New Dataset repr could do with a minor tweak.

The updated repr for Dataset includes the phrase "This [instrument] Dataset [DSID] consists of [n] frames." This is absolutely fine for a full dataset, but I wonder if it should be amended slightly if the dataset has been sliced from a larger one, so that users don't mistakenly think they're using the entirety of a dataset.
