Numpy 2.1 breaks the long-term integration tests, the eigenvalues and eigenvectors have changed for some test cases.

It seems the eigenvalues and -vectors are sorted only in a different sequence. The flutter speed and the curves look unchanged in the plots.
Idea: To make the tests more robust, compare the sum of the eigenvalues or the sum along an axis for the eigenvectors.
