Analytics Templates & Instructions
If you have a DAP account, you can use these links to import our onrr.gov reports (not direct links). Select DOI Agency Profile when prompted for a profile during the import process.

We update the analytics page monthly.
Data is in the ONRR.gov 1 report, Page Views tab. Chart is generated using the Page Views worksheet in this spreadsheet (limited access). Add in the month's: Total Page View, Total Sessions, and Totals Users to the excel. Then, make sure the chart in the Excel is updated to incorporate the most recent month's data.
Take a screenshot of the chart in the excel, and save the file as ONRR_gov_Users.png and upload it to the analytics folder in the research repo. That will update the chart on the analytics page.
Go to the the Onrr.gov dashboard, click export to get a PDF of the report. Save the file as ONRR.gov_YEAR_MONTH.pdf and upload it to the appropriate Fiscal Year folder within the analytics folder in the research repo.
Then update the data in the markdown table on the page.
Data is in the Dashboard Report. Apply the ONRR.gov Users Segment to the report and export it to pdf. Then upload it to the Analytics folder in the research repo and add a row to the markdown table.
Data is in the ONRR.gov 2 report, Landing Pages tab. Add the top 3 landing pages for the month to the markdown table.
Data is in the ONRR.gov 1 report, Page Views tab.

Data is in the ONRR.gov 2 report, Browsers tab. Add Device Category as a Secondary Dimension (the control for this is in the table header). Add any browsers over 1% to the table and bold any over 10%.
This one's not in a report. Add the ONRR.gov Users Segment. Then use the left nav to go to Behavior > Events > Overview > Event Category: Download - In the top of the display table, click on Event Label. Add the top three downloads to the table.
This one's not in a report. Add the ONRR.gov Users Segment. Then use the left nav to go to Behavior > Events > Overview > Event Category: Outbound - In the top of the display table, click on Event Action. Add the top three links to the table.
Data is available from search.gov. https://search.usa.gov/login, which you have to have an account for. For total searches, login to search.gov and go Analytics -> set month -> generate report
