Shipping methods not refreshing #24

Issue
When changing the country of the delivery address, the shipping methods do not update. When Magento shipping methods are enabled and these are disabled, all works well. No errors are displayed in the js console.

Setup
Clean Magento 2.2.6 install with version 1.1.0 of the module.
DPD Predict set to only allow a few countries, DPD Pickup set to allow all countries.

Expected result
On changing the country in checkout, the available shipping methods update to display the correct available shipping methods for the selected country.

We've added changes in our new stable version 1.2.0 which likely fixes this issue. Would you be able to confirm if the issue is fixed?
