This is the current sort order: Extract Extract Batch S4427.Y1.E1 Band.3_RE S4427.Y1.E2 Band.3_RE S4427.Y1.E5 Band.4_RE S4427.Y1.E3 Band.4_RE S4427.Y1.E4 Band.4_RE S4427.E1 Pinhasi.79
Non-lysates should probably go first. For a single lysate, sort by extract number.
Also fix the indexed library sort order.
