Medical vendor changes

Feature description

We need to change the medical vendors to be more like 1.0.

Why is this feature needed/good for the game?

Will help medical players a ton, and things would go much more smoothly.
Pill bottles of commonly used basic drugs being a main thing.
I plan on doing this task but putting this here anyway. Especially if I don't happen to have it done within a month.
