Open either Animal Crossing Clock or Mario Clock from TWiLight Menu++.
Once the app starts, tap the right arrow to go to the Alarm section.
Choose one of three alarms to set.
Tap "Alarm Sound".
Tap "Saved Sounds". You should get a message saying: "You have no saved Nintendo DSi Sound recordings. Create and save sounds using Nintendo DSi Sound.", meaning sound data can't be loaded.
