duplicated plots in experiment QCs?

By downloading and browsing from of the existing experiment QC pdf documents, I think the plots in those pdf are duplicated (at least for the couple of pdf I opened.
Is this done on purpose (e.g. the first series being produced for non-corrected LiP data and the second series for Trp-corrected data)?
Maybe adapting the script or the plot titles would make the duplicated output less confusing?
