Maybe it is because of the currently slowish server, but I have some glitches upon clicking on a protein accession to refresh the 3D protein structure displayed:
upon clicking the protein accession line, the protein accession on top of the display is immediately updated, but not the full protein name nor the 3D protein structure in the box. This is a little confusing when you start staring at the 3D structure immediately without realizing it has not yet been updated
=> maybe switching to a white screen or a loading progress bar/ball each time you click on a new protein accession would help to realize that this is in progress until the correct 3D structure is loaded/displayed
sometimes (but not always), the 3D structure appears only in grey without any peptide color mapped yet. Switching for the same protein to another experiment restores the coloring, but at first sight, it seems that the protein had not significantly changing peptide mapped to it. Probably a refresh problem that might be solved with the loading progress bar/ball mentioned on point 1?
