Confusion between session.id and session name

Can this line and the line above (setenv) be replaced with getenv("DUNEDAQ_SESSION_CONF_KEY") and subsequent reference to DUNEDAQ_SESSION/PARTITION be changed DUNEDAQ_SESSION_NAME (for example in the connectivity service?).

We definitely can. But the change needs to be done also in ERS and in opmon because they are used there too. At least until we change the system.

I've searched for the DUNEDAQ_PARTITION keyword on the DUNE-DAQ organisation, there are quite a lot of places where it is used. Definitely not something we'd do on whim.
