Rucio monitoring having consistent units so one doesn't have to parse the lists #714

The rucio summaries have different units GB, TB, PB and I had to write a script to split them off in order to make summaries/plots from the lists.

Can those all be in units of GB so that the data can be directly used from the csv file.
