  • Verificar se portal da transparência está ativo
  • Verificar página de Licitações
  • Verificar página de Contratos
  • Verificar página de Despesas
  • Verificar página de Receitas

Na verificação, além de checar se site está ativo, verificar também se tem robôs impedindo acesso aos dados (captcha).
