tsng is useless beyond hello world

I have now decided to abandon the use of tsng altogether.
It seemed like a good idea at the time, but it quickly piled on more problems than it solved:

• Cannot debug through typescript code
• Cannot easily test using a test runner like Jasmine
• Cannot refactor controllers to have base controllers
• etc...

And also, I see that while TypeScript is accelerating its development and release cycles, tsng has not been maintained for a good while, and there are no responses on the issues posted here.

So, goodbye and thanks for all the fish.
