So I have a faction on my server, where a member has deleted the 'owner' and 'officer' roles. I want to recreate these but I cannot use the /set permission command as the other roles dont have perms.

TLDR: Give admins the ability to use /set permission regardless of role. (It would also be amazing to use these commands and the ability to set other players factions roles without actually being a member of that faction).
