[FEATURE] Removing automatic scroll when looking previous messages

Like the title says, at least for my usage I think it is a problem but I actually can't find an option to do that (sorry in case there is one)

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to block my chat when viewing old messages, even if I have to press something like a TP in chat or other buttons related to a command. For example, if I have to press a "[TP]" box in the chat to move somewhere I want the chat to stay at the same position whitout scrolling up automatically.

I think it was possible in the 1.16.5 version of this mod but I could be totally wrong
