Could I ask you share me some hints why some photos cannot detect the face?

@darapenhchet hello. Sorry, for long delay to response for your question.

I think there are some reasons:

small photo size
face on photo too small
only part of face is visible. MTCNN network is pretty good for full face
MTCNN network is configured to do the best and some regions on photo can be remove during refinement stage
