We've received reports through various channels regarding problems with MSI PRO Z690-A boards (v1.1.3) and Z790-P boards (v0.9.1) following the recent firmware releases.
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize to those who have experienced difficulties with the latest updates. Rest assured, we are fully committed to promptly addressing and resolving these issues.
While we haven't been able to reproduce the reported issues on our hardware
setup, as we shared with you here:#684 (comment),
we are fully dedicated to assisting you in identifying and resolving the root cause of your issues.
To better help you out, the Dasharo team kindly requests additional details about your hardware and firmware setup:
1. Way of Firmware Update
Please share with us which firmware update method did you use:
2. Board Revision
Follow the instructions here to find your board revision.
3. Hardware setup, and any peripherals you have
List your peripherals and hardware setup including CPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD. Check our example

4. Dasharo Setup Menu Settings
If possible, share the settings you've configured in our Dasharo Setup Menu, especially in the System Features Menu: https://docs.dasharo.com/dasharo-menu-docs/dasharo-system-features/.
