dasharo.com nav menu too slow and can only be closed by clicking X

The problem you're addressing (if any)

1. https://dasharo.com navigation menu (accessed from hamburger button) is too slow to show completely (takes almost 2 seconds)
   
2. When nav menu is opened dark grey area takes up whole screen (does it need to?)
3. You can only close this menu by clicking X, you can't do this by using ESC button on keyboard or by clicking in greyed out area below menu
4. nav menu takes up ~25% of vertical screen. Does it need to be so tall?

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Faster animation
2. Depends how others view this but I would prefer not greyed out bottom half so the website can be interacted with even with nav menu open.
3. Allow closing navigation by pressing ESC button and by clicking in the greyed out area
4. Shorten navigation

Where is the value to a user, and who might that user be?

1. Less annoyance when opening nav menu multiple times
