Currently, we have different environment setup and test running instructions for the Talos II platform.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to have a single test environment and a single documentation on how to use tests.
There may be optional parameters, which are only available on selected platforms. It shall be documented which parameters are supported (required) by each platform.
