UI now supports bad_minutes for SLO widget

Describe the bug

For the SLO widget you now have the measure if bad_minutes which you can select in the UI which causes an error when that dashboard is called by this agent via terraform.

Expected behavior
The agent should be able to handle this valid response from the API
