Please add the changelog to github releases. This makes it easier for us to see what is changed when we receive notifications of new releases.

Hello,

thanks for opening this issue. we are aware of this problem. But we haven't find yet a good solution to generate this release note.
To give more context we are using the official helm chart releaser project: https://github.com/helm/chart-releaser with the associated github action https://github.com/helm/chart-releaser-action.

We have attended to add the possibility the publication of additional files in the github release: helm/chart-releaser-action#31. but for now it is not merged.

We will keep you posted when this problem is solved.

helm/chart-releaser-action#44 would actually be the issue that solves this problem.

the other solution that we are looking for is the Chart.yaml annotationsartifacthub.io/changes and its integration in https://artifacthub.io/
