Make the folder structure of logs_* folders be consistent across PARAMETERIC and END_TO_END scenarios #3639

As a newbie, it's a bit confusing to me that the folder structure of the logs_* folders is so different between the PARAMETERIC and END-TO-END scenarios (and that the PARAMETERIC scenario doesn't include a separate file for each request/response).

Additionally, while converting a END-TO-END tests to PARAMETERIC, it'd be easier if I could directly compare their results.

I realize they are very different in nature and accomplish different things, but still, I think it would make the learning curve a bit easier if the folder structure was consistent.
