As a user, I would like to have a button that redirects me to the exact location to upload my resume so that I do not have to spend time looking for it.

This is a high priority request from the membership team as we need to send out a resume list to our sponsors.

The button will go on the navbar of the Dashboard Home page (will "replace" the checkpoint link).
