[BUG]Yearfile 2015 starts with 31.12.2014

Hello,

The year-file 2025 (all data-->table at the bottom) starts with wrong date 31.12.2014.

I have seen that some year-files are listed with the wrong time period (e.g. 2013-->from 2012/12/31 till 2013/12/30)

My system weewx 5.1.0 pip on RaspberryPi 5 (Bookworm).
SQLite-DB since 2011.

I've seen that the monthly files are also saved with the wrong time period (e.g. 2024-01-->from 2024/01/02 12:00 till 2024/02/01 00:00).

you are correct, that's also the case for my own installation. I have not noticed this yet, to be honest. I will include a fix in the next release.
