Sandbags/hedgehogs big out at times upon using the scroll menu. Sound will play but animation does not, no disassembly. If player switches to melee/primary/ secondary with action menu, then attempts again, issue is sometimes resolved.

This is a very old issue existed since long ago. From what i learned trying to localize the problem it's the cursor target issue which is more precise when you're holding a secondary weapon. That's why success rate is higher with it. Never managed to solve it without putting a dirty hack into the code.
