V1 Project Closed out

I've closed out the V1 project as the only outstanding task was validation.

Now that it looks like the project will be moving to the ESP32 platform validation, will need to be recommenced so it made sense to close V1 out.

I would like to thank all of those who contributed to the V1 project no matter how small and hope that those contributions will continue with the new project.
