Retrieve data:

Create pcolormesh figure for data_amount data #15
make netcdf overview figures like in "getijverandering" project (with available times) and send figures to RWS to pinpoint missing data (via wm-ws-dl issue) >> Missing/duplicated values in WATHTE timeseries and extremes Rijkswaterstaat/wm-ws-dl#39 gives more insight.
simplify kw.get_stats_from_dataset() #18
Sum up duplicated periods in ddlpy.measurements_amount() Deltares/ddlpy#92, including code changes in KWK_getcheckdata.py
Add yearly frequency to ddlpy.measurements() Deltares/ddlpy#94
Empty response instead of error if request is too large Deltares/ddlpy#96
Create ddlpy 0.5.0 release Deltares/ddlpy#99
ddlpy retrieval with yearly freq #22
retrieve all measurements again (some stations are manually skipped)
