Update to ddlpy and xarray

Todo:

• first Tag kwk-2022 version of repos before doing changes #6
• installation as in readme.md temporary fails on WCF since ddlpy is still via git link and paths become too long: Pip install via git link fails Deltares/HYDROLIB-core#327 (comment)
• Create ddlpy 0.3.0 release Deltares/ddlpy#56
• report to PH: kw repos (incl tagged version of kw-2022), ddlpy release and updated methods (or plans)
• add ddlpy and xarray dependency in pyproject.toml
• use hatyan>2.7.0: it has hatyan.ddlpy_to_hatyan() and it does not have kwk and ddl functions anymore. This version is not released yet, so consider doing that first
• update KWK_getcheckdata.py from from hatyan to kenmerkendewaarden and from hatyan to ddlpy
• revert some hatyan call downgrades from 6 tag kwk 2022 version of repos before doing changes #7
• fix all warnings
