There are some formatting alignments with the kernel (mdu/dia-file) possible that improve readability:

align spacing between = and # bewtween all sections by setting a constant value (except for values that are longer, always leave 1 space)
Align ordering of keywords between hydrolib/gui/kernel
consider option to only write keywords that were read from file?
keywords start with capital letter?
headers like [wind] should be lowercase?
