These values are stored at three different locations in the code, as part of the following structs:
SedimentConcentrationsRiverParameters
SedimentRiverTransportParameters
TransportCapacityYalinDifferentiationParameters

Using one structure for this data is preferred. These values are constant (same for each cell) and thus a Vector field is not required.
