Sometimes fails on github in py39 or py312 with:

FAILED tests/test_observations.py::test_ssh_retrieve_data[uhslc-fast] - assert 0 == 1
 +  where 0 = len([])

The tests/test_observations.py::test_ssh_retrieve_data[uhslc-fast] succeeds often and sometimes fails. This does not seem to be related to a specific python version, since 3.9 and 3.12 both fail sometimes. Since the test often succeeds there seems to be nothing wrong in dfm_tools or its dependency specification, so this PR is now closed.
