Input

• A set of input files for losses and damages for the base case "business as usual" (BAU). These are for reminder: resilience_curve.csv, traffic_intensities.csv, value_of_time.csv, hazard_severity_damage_fraction.csv and 'max_damage_road_types.csv'
• A set of input files for losses and damages for every adaptation measure
• A network with overlay

Process:

1. Combine Losses&Damages for BAU: Adaptation: run and combine Losses and Damages for BAU and other options #595
2. Combine Losses&Damages for all Adaptation Options: Adaptation: run and combine Losses and Damages for adaptation options for event #596 ( TO BE REMOVED)
3. Calculate Impact per year and impact for horizon: Adaptation: Calculate impact adaptation option for time horizon #598
4. Calculate benefit Adaptation: calculate benefit #597
